This was the first time we shipped a car and the Ship a Car Direct rep, David, could not have been more supportive. He educated us on the process and we felt comfortable being able to contact him with any questions. The driver, "Fred", for the carrier, FJ Transport, was outstanding! His pickup and delivery times were as promised and it was easy to communicate with him.
