Ship a Car Direct agent, Lauren, was quick and responsive regarding my call and text. She connected me with the right people with right tools to deal with my car transport needs. When there is problems, she is the first one I would contact to get them resolved and that always happened with no negative "surprises". I would use Ship a Car Direct again in the future when I have another transport need. Thank you.
