John was very open and honest about the capabilities and meeting my needs. Despite being a difficult move, John found a carrier that met my needs. The initial carrier John booked canceled due to equipment problems. John went to work right away and found another carrier. Both John, and the carrier he booked, were very responsive. When the initial carrier canceled, John contacted me right away to inform me of what was going on. I could not have worked with a more honest company. Will use again.
