The services was great!!! The agents is always online and ready to help, they are very nice and answer all my question before I finally make up my mind! The rate they have is estimated and they never force you to choose that amount (your choice if you want to make sure to get it in time). My experience was great! I don’t need it immediately so I bid down a little bit and wait patiently. After they got a driver, everything was so smooth and fast (like honestly FAST 3 day shipping sort of like that)! The driver was nice and will answer text messages, inform you the day before the car arrive and the hours before too. My driver was super on time. I highly recommend using ShipACarDirect!!!
