I had a really good experience with this company. I had to move a car from the east to west coast, and spent a lot of time looking for somewhere that seemed reliable. Ship a Car Direct is a third-party broker, but was really good about keeping me updated on the process of finding a driver. I had several phone calls with John, who was extremely helpful with answering questions. He was direct and honest about cost and timeline, and was able to accommodate my schedule for pick-up and drop-off dates. My car arrived with no damage and on the expected date. The process of coordinating with drivers for the pick-up/drop-off was pretty stressful, because the time to meet had to be figured out day-of, but I don't think there's a good way around this problem, since travel is inherently unpredictable. I would definitely go with the same company if I had to ship a car again.
