Everything from start to finish was very easy and smooth. The communication between both Ship A Car Direct and the driver was great. They gave me a heads-up days prior to picking up my car, updated me on the travel process, and also gave me a few days' heads up prior to the car being delivered. I was asked to pick up my car at a location about 15 minutes from my house because I live on a busy road and the truck wouldn't be able to safely deliver it to my driveway, but the driver offered to pay for my Uber and took care of those charges. Overall, I would definitely recommend using Ship A Car Direct.
