Our driver TJ was fabulous, happy, delightful. We met him on a wide street near our house, he helped us actually secure a mini fridge in the front seat of our car that we were sending to our daughter for college. He said it'd be extra because we had the car full of stuff, but it was way less than putting stuff in boxes and sending it. Anyway, he scooped up the car, secured the wheels tightly and then several days later, I don't know how he crossed the country that quickly--but just when he said, Tuesday night to Saturday night, Baltimore to Los Angeles and the car arrived just like we left it with him. It was great for it to have crossed country with zero wear and tear as it would have if we had driven it. Anyway, our driver was perfect. I used Ship A Car direct before for a car going from North Carolina to Florida and it was equally wonderful process. I didn't even bother getting. a quote from anybody else second time around, because the first time was great, and reasonable.
