I was pinched for time and Ship A Car Direct really came through! I was leaving the state in a day and was waiting for a carrier through another broker company and decided to try Ship A Car Direct. Within an hour of asking a quote online, I received a call to ask if I had questions. 20(!!!) minutes after I placed the order, they called and emailed me about a carrier! Due to my circumstances of catching a flight, they even contacted the carrier on my behalf. They did an excellent job with communication with me and the carrier. I would highly recommend to anyone! Superb customer service and communication.
