I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct. I worked most directly with Lauren, and she was unbelievably dedicated to working together to ensure they could hit my preferred pick-up and delivery windows. She also kept me updated regularly regarding the progress of my order, tips for pick-up and delivery, and how to navigate each phase of the process. Another feature of Ship a Car Direct that I really appreciated was the 24/7 Customer Support line that they provide in addition to the agent you work with more directly. That line is designed to help you troubleshoot any communication issues you are having with the assigned carrier. I had never shipped my car cross country before and was therefore nervous and somewhat skeptical as I began the process. However, Ship a Car Direct's team and their professionalism put me at ease and allowed for a smooth delivery experience. Very grateful for their attention to detail.
