My main concern with shipping my car was timing as I was moving and I accepted the risk of damage as my car was open carry. Jennifer was my broker who explained things clearly, made changes to my order when asked, and assigned me a driver, Paul, who was pleasant and efficient and got my car there a few days early and called beforehand to give me time to prepare.
