Communication with my Ship A Car Representative was good. She answered every phone call & answered all questions. The 24/7 customer support did not answer my call twice, which was unfortunate, and there were a few small scratches on the vehicle upon pickup. However, overall the details of the transaction were very straight forward and easy to follow. I was not blindsided by any details throughout the process, and all electronics paperwork/contracts are immediately sent to your email upon signing. Make sure that, if dealing with car transport companies (any company to be frank), to be moderately flexible in your schedules because the drivers' schedules are often a little less flexible than most.
