I was impressed by the responsiveness and clarity of Renee and felt taken care of throughout the entire process. Of course it always depends on the carrier, but the process of finding a carrier was made simpler and safer with Ship a Car Direct. After my car arrived safely and earlier than expected, Ship a Car Direct followed up multiple times about the delivery and if I needed anything. I also used their Damage app which is yet another layer of protection for your vehicle (though I thankfully didn't end up needing it!). My cross-country move was definitely made easier by the excellent communication and organization skills of the company and my representative, Renee. Next time I need to move cross-country (and I'm in academia, so it's definitely bound to happen again), I will be using Ship a Car Direct.
