Mike was great! He answered all my questions and took the time to explain to me how the processed worked. Outside of Ship a Car's control, keep in mind when the truck company provides you an estimate pickup date, be sure to take it with a grain of salt because there are many factors for them to be delayed. My estimate pickup date was Tuesday and the truck showed up on Friday.
