Ship A Car Direct made our first experience shipping a car painless and easy. We shipped our car from California cross country to Florida. Their phone app made it really easy for my parents (who aren't the most tech savvy) to document the condition of the car before pickup with clear diagrams on where to take each picture (hood, driver side rear, rear bumper, etc.) I also used the app to document the condition of the car upon delivery. The carrier that ended up picking up my car and driving it over was very friendly and easy to communicate with through text. My car arrived in great condition. Thank you!
