Renee explained the process thoroughly and did not pressure me for a decision. She kept me updated while waiting for a carrier to select the offer. I was then provided with the carrier's contact information. The carrier was immediately responsive to my calls about timing for the pick-up and he ended up arriving the evening before his original estimate, which worked even better for me. The car was also delivered the day before its estimated arrival date in perfect condition.
