This is my second experience with Ship - A - Car Direct. The first time I used them they were good. This time they were also good. The person I worked with was named John. John was easy to work with and very helpful with answers to my questions. He kept me advised as to how my shipping date was progressing. The car was picked up on the exact date I requested. It was delivered one day later than I had wanted, but still within the window of dates I was told. The reason it was not the exact arrival date I wanted was because I chose to ship the car over the Memorial Day weekend. This caused the driver to have to deal with extra traffic.i will use them again.
