John was the broker that helped me get my car shipped. His communication throughout the process was exceptional. A friend in LA received the car for me from the carrier while I moved my family from the East to the West Coast. I had sent my friend a copy of the pickup file from the SHIPACAR DIRECT app so that he could use the photos as reference for condition on delivery. The pictures (and direction from the app) were all that he needed to see that everything looked as it was when picked up...Thanks!
