It was easy to contact ship a car direct. They responded immediately. The follow up was good. The car was picked up quickly and delivered cross country in under five days. My only complaint is the price went up quite a bit between the time I got the quote online and was ready to book. Also the carrier wanted to pick up my car two days earlier than what i I stated as the earliest date available on my contract. But ship a car direct dealt with the carrier and the car was picked up on the first day I had agreed it would be available. The car arrived with no damage. I would use again
