I needed to have my car shipped from Long Island to Tennessee. It took a long time to find a carrier, almost 2 weeks. Scott told me he found a carrier and they could ship the car out right away and if I was ok with that. I said yes. Only then did he tell me that it would be for $200 more than what was originally quoted. He did take $50 off the Ship a Car Direct $200 portion of the payment, so it ended up being $150 more than I was expecting. Once the carrier had the car it arrived quickly and undamaged.
