Working with Ship a Car Direct was relatively easy. They clearly explained the process, helping me understand how it worked. My bid was a little low, so it took some time for the car to get picked up, but they worked with me to ensure I was not paying more than I was comfortable with. Once they had a carrier, everything went smoothly.
