The process was very easy. The vendor called me multiple times and walked me through the process. They were flexible picking up the car, which was in New York City, and hard to get a big truck in. The delivery was easy, as well, and it only took a few days to arrive from across the country. The only thing is that they did not have a record that I had paid my deposit, and I had to prove I paid at delivery to confirm I owed less than they were asking for to release the car.
