I am very satisfied with my experience using Ship a Car Direct. I contacted them with short notice for a cross-country car shipment. My car was picked up in New York within 5 days and then delivered to California 10 days later. The communication with David from Ship a Car Direct as well as the contracted company, Umbrella Auto Transport, made me feel comfortable with the process. I hope I don't have another cross-country move, but if I do, I would use Ship a Car Direct again!
