Ship a Car Direct had very useful information on its website, which is one of the reasons that I booked with them. They communicated every clearly, how the shipment works, how pick up and delivery would happen, and what to do in case damage occurs. They even have an app to help you take photos of your car upon pick up and delivery. The carrier that was assigned was also nice. Driver picked up the car on time and gave me enough time to take photos. The car arrived early than I planned and they were able to store it for a couple of days. They delivered the car in the morning of my scheduled delivery date. The car had no damage except it looked dirty after a transcon trip.
