I was originally quoted and set to go with a carrier but they backed out before the start date. The start date came and went and no other carriers were responding so Renee had to bump up the bid. Unfortunately this meant I had to pay more than originally quoted, but sure enough, we had a carrier. They picked up the car the same night they accepted the bid and my car arrived at my destination the following week. I was given the carrier’s info and was able to reach out to them directly with any questions. Easy process, I’d recommend them and would use them again if I needed to.
