I had my car shipment booked with another broker who wasn't able to get the job done so with only a week left I got 10 additional quotes - from the affordable to the absurd but what set Ship a Car Direct apart was a guy named Mike and his zen-like approach. From our very first conversation he provided some much needed calm during a very stressful time simply by listening and not talking over (or down) to me, a very tall order for some brokers apparently! I immediately felt assured Mike would be able to do what he said and I boy was I right - two hours later I had a carrier and a pick-up scheduled for 3 days later at a very reasonable price!
