Customer service was excellent throughout the process. Received emails info from the agent, customer service, and quality assurance. My only peeve was that the trucking industry still uses the 'market price' concept for final pricing of the job. The final price was $200 OVER the original 'quote', although the agent refunded $125 of my deposit because of the increase. Why they don't have an established shipping rate is beyond me! The only other issue I had was scheduling. We agreed on a 5 day window for pick up, but they missed it by several days. My daughter had flown up to Maine to assist Dad with the pickup, but had to return to Texas before the driver showed up. As it turns out, the car was delivered with no damage. Bottom line: the end result was acceptable, but they missed the pickup window and bumped up the charges!
