My experience with Ship A Car Direct was really good. Nice and helpful when I called. Timely and informative in email communications. All the shipping companies they deal with must have $1 million in insurance. They even found a shipper that only took 36 hours to deliver my vehicle 1700 miles!
They have an app to allow you to take pictures before and after transport (for evidence, in the rare case there is any damage en route), which is a cool option. However, at the time I shipped, the app was having some issues (which I’ve mentioned to them). Fortunately, there were no issues, but hopefully they fix the app soon so it’s there if/when needed.
