From the time I signed up until my car was delivered was just a few days - about 1,000 miles away. Communication with the broker was good. Driver communication was a bit sloppy, called and said he was on the way and would be there in an hour and showed up a few hours later. Not a huge deal, but would have preferred tighter window. That said, the car arrived quickly and without damage, would use again.
