My initial contact was John and he was very professional and explained the entire process. I was very impressed with the follow thru every step of the way. When my car was picked up by Eugene he was very informative about the actual transport process and Eugene I might expect receiving my car. He texted me every day they his travels then called me as well to let me know date and time of delivery. It went very smoothly and I would never hesitate to use Ship A Car Direct again.
