I worked with Jennifer, and she was very responsive to my questions. Shipping a car can be intimidating but I feel safe with her because she updated me periodically about the process. I actually signed with a different company prior to finding them, but that company kept pressing me on paying more for the "urgent price" and kept saying that no one would ship my car for such a cheap price, even though that was the price they listed on website.
Anyway ship a car direct is responsible and the price is reasonable. Would use this company again.
