Got an initial quote from Wade but as the date got closer, rate went up. I was asked to give a dates a week prior to when car is expected to pickup. I was assigned a carrier to pickup car on March 17, but the carrier cancelled on March 14. I was quickly assigned another carrier on March 15 to pickup on March 16 (one day before expected pickup date). I called ship a car direct to change the date to 17, but no response from either Wade or customer service team. Carrier picked up on March 16 and delivered on March 25th. No issues with the car.
