I needed to ship a Prius from CT to CA so I started looking around for quotes. Ship a Car Direct came up while searching around and they have pretty good reviews on the web. This is my second time shipping a car so I kinda knew what to expect. Decided to give them a try as they quoted me a decent price, even though the car was being transported as 'inoperable' (the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery). Although the final price was more than originally quoted, but whatever. One knock I would give is that the car wasn't actually picked up until the week of the desired delivery day given on the application. I will say that Gabe worked diligently to find a driver and thankfully it ended up working out even though it was delivered about 2 weeks later than expected. The pickup was pretty smooth as the driver was able to get the car loaded up fairly easily even though it was 'inoperable'. The car got delivered pretty quickly, without issues, for a cross-country journey so I'm overall happy. I would consider them again in the future!
