Reading my subject line you might ask, "that's when you know what?" Answer: If you've selected the right car transfer company. The very day my driver was to meet me and put my car on his rig, I got a call. He was running a high fever and would not be able to show up. The order was then immediately kicked back to Ship A Car Direct. And, they WENT INTO IMMEDIATE ACTION! A new carrier was lined up and was in contact with me within 48 hours! My car was still picked up in a timely manner (only missed the original date by two days), and he actually made it cross country to the final drop off destination a day early. I would definitely book with Ship A Car Direct in the future. Customer service was great!
