Price was very competitive. Delivery was timely, and took 4-5 days. Same driver on pickup as delivery. There is a personal contact versus calling the general number. The provide an app to photograph the car beforehand for evidence should a claim arise. The whole experience was different than the last time I used a car transport. Then, the car was picked up by one driver and delivered by another, and delivery time was a good two weeks. The price bid is an estimate and is not finalized until a driver bids.
