They did a great job transporting my car from Texas to Massachusetts. They offered the best pricing (and I searched quite a few companies). My car was not damaged at all, but they do have a convenient app to process damage claims. The company itself is really good with communication. They kept me apprised of all the plans for my car. I only got nervous with the pick up and drop off. The drivers really only contacted me right before pick up and drop off. They did good with sticking to my timeframe but it was spur of the moment. The only con for me was that I thought it would be door to door service but on drop off the driver said he couldn’t make it into the city so he dropped it off in a slightly sketchy part of town. But I had a nice Uber driver that stayed with me during the exchange. I definitely recommend Ship A Car Direct. The contracted drivers seemed trustworthy and competent.
