Had to follow up too many times

I had an issue with the first vendor Eliot Freight Inc (DO NOT EVER USE) so I called Ship A Car and left a number (24 hour number) never got a call back. Had to email more than a few times. Had to wait few more days to get a new pickup. I was not all fuzzy about the transaction. 2nd company (Red Dot) had a great driver

We understand your disappointment and apologize for the inconvenience caused. We certainly will be looking into it and address those issues. Glad to know that the second carrier was able to deliver your car safely.
