I used the shipping service 2 weeks ago and overall I am pretty satisfied with the service. The agent Matt is very helpful - he gave good recommendations and responded to messages in a timely manner. Since the deliver window I chose is the snow season, Matt and the carrier did a great job managing the timing and difficulties. The car got delivered to me in a very dirty situation (because of snow season) with a little bit of scratch. Overall, the service is good and will definitely recommend to my friends!
