The process was simple and there was constant communication and updates between Ship a Car Direct and me. I was contacted by the driver the day of pickup and we met at an agreed location as we live in a cul-de-sac. I had the driver's cell phone number incase I needed to contact for any reason. My car was picked up and dropped off in front of my house in FL with no complaints. I will suggest this company to my family.
