Ship a car direct were amazing at following up and always kept in contact with me. Unfortunately, i can't say the same about King Trans, the company they referred me to that shipped my car. I waited for King trans to contact me to schedule a time and place for pickup, but they never did. I had to be the one to initiate contact and when I did, they seemed confused and unsure about when to pick up my car. When they finally gave me a time and place, they didn't show up, and i had to call them again, only for them to tell me they'll pick up my car within the next couple of days. When they finally came to pick up my car, the driver noticed there was luggage in the backseat, and told me i would get charged extra for that. He then said that if I paid him $100 in cash on the spot, i wouldn't get any extra charge. This seemed sus. And the lack of professionalism, along with the lack of communication left a bad taste.
