we had a shipping vendor within 48 hours. Car was picked up and dropped off on time, but without any warning as to when they would arrive. The shipping vendor was less responsive than we would have liked, but Ship a Car Direct broker was great. The actual driver was also great. I'd use ship-a-car direct again in a heartbeat, and I'd use the driver as well. The company between them... not so much.
