I don't know how the process could have be any easier. All billing details were clearly explained up front and payment was easy. I was also surprised at how rapidly the transport was done. The driver was very professional and gave me a bill of lading on the spot. He was also patient as I was not home at the exact time when he arrived. He had the car in the driveway for me when I arrived.
Highly recommended.
