Never shipping a car across the country before I didn't know what to expect when researching different options and companies. My contact with Ship a Car Direct from the very start was professional and very responsive. I was told exactly what the process would be, how I would be contacted and set my expectations for next steps. Every question was answered completely and I was very impressed with Christina's updates which occurred regularly during the reservation and transport process. Larry, the transport driver, arrived as scheduled in the window of time I was given and the car showed up at the destination on time and in great shape. I will certainly use Ship a Car Direct for any transport needs I have in the future.
