I was given a time frame and a price during the first call. It wasn't explained that these are "estimates"! Ended up paying more for my car to be picked up THE DAY BEFORE I had to be out of the house. it became a "take it or leave it" proposition. If you use this service, be aware and don't believe the "last minute" promises.
