My experience with Ship a Car Direct and specifically Scott was very good. He answered all questions promptly and courteously. There wasn’t a lot of traffic in our area so I was disappointed to pay a little more to the shipper to get the car out sooner, approx a week later, but it proved to be worth it. The shipping company, “Extant” a husband and wife team were excellent, prompt efficient and had the vehicle to our military son from Kansas City to North Carolina the next day after picking it up. They kept us informed on the way. I thank Scott and Extant for a great experience!
