This was my first time using an auto shipping service and it was a pretty simple process. I inquired online for a shipping estimate and when I decided to follow through I filled out an online form to put in my order. From there it took almost a week until a carrier was found but I understand it was around the holidays. When a carrier was found David presented a price $150 dollars more than the estimate, which he explained is due to covid. I turned it down because that was out of my budget and he said he would shop around more. He called back same day and presented an offer $50 more than the estimate and I accepted. From there I was in contact with the driver and he was extremely nice and accommodating when picking up my car because I was flying out the next morning. The moment my car was picked up to when it was dropped off was smooth and no problems. I would use shipacardirect again in the future.
