I booked our car from FL to MA a couple of weeks before the holidays. Since most transports were heading south, it was tough finding a transport heading north and the holiday season didn't help. Scott was on top of it and constantly in touch with me. Excellent customer service! And once we were booked, the transport driver was just as responsive -- calling me at every step.
