I needed to find a car shipper fast to ship from South Florida to CA. I came across Ship-A-Car-Direct online. They responded within less than 24 hours and when I reached out to my designated representative, Jennifer, she was quick to help me and better explain the process of how they connect you to transport companies. Car was originally scheduled to be picked up on Thursday, December 3rd but the original transporter backed out. Ship-A-Car reached out and let me know this and quickly assigned me a new transporter that arrived by 9 am Friday, December 4th. This was a blessing being as though both my lease ended and my flight left on Saturday, December 5th. The car arrived in California on Wednesday, December 9th. The driver parked around the corner from my house and I paid him the balance. Overall, it was a pretty good experience and you can't beat the price. I would use them again.
