I give Ship a Car Direct 5 stars for their professionalism through the pick up and drop off of my car. They were efficient & answered any questions quickly, whether by email or phone. I was impressed by how smoothly it all went, and my contact person, Lauren was terrific. I plan to use them again for my car’s return trip in March. Their app is also helpful in documenting photos of your car before it is picked up. I was given direct access to my driver & I felt my car was safe & being tracked at all times. No need to shop around. This is a well-run company.
