Overall, my experience workin with Ship a Car Direct was terrific , The broker customer service rep with whom dealt, Gabe, was fantastic and outstanding in the level of customer service he provided. He explained things beautifully, was highly informative, always patient and supportive and supportive, friendly, and responded quickly and satisfactorily to any issues that needed to be clarified or resolved. The only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process involving transporting our car from the Boston area to LA was the system's last minute breakdown in not recording I had arranged ahead of time to pay the carrier by credit card . Two hours before the car was to be transferred by the carrier to the individual getting the car in LA that individual was told by the carrier that a certified check or cash would be required although 8 days earlier my credit card was approved as the selected method of payment. Thank goodness for Gabe who when informed of the system's glitch made everything right and resolved the problem by clarifying thongs with the dispatcher and carrier driver. I don't know why this last minute hiccup took place but was grateful Gabe was able to resolve the issue. He is a credit to your company.
