Very smooth transaction and John walked me through everything on the phone and answered my numerous questions via email. The company is very responsive. It's great not having to deal directly with a carrier, but have Ship-a-Car-Direct do everything for you. I was nervous to ship a car for the first time, but I have another one to ship in a couple months--based on this experience, I will definitely use them again.
